Lightroom web

Does anyone know why Lightroom web doesn't have all of the functions that are in Lightroom on computer? I have Windows 8.1 on my computer and I can't download that programme, also I can't afford a new laptop now, so what can i do to have all of the functions? I downloaded Lightroom mobile, but I would like to edit my photos on bigger screen too. Pls help

What specific features are you looking for? Lightroom Web regularly gets updated with new features. If you have an idea you would like to share with the Lightroom Web team, please create an idea here. Also check out current idea's and vote for the ones you would like to see added as well!
