Local Catalog Damaged message

nie mogę otworzc programu lightroom po tym jak wyskoczył błąd local calalog demaged. po zastosowaniu instrukcji od adobe czyli zmianie nazyw pliku menaged catalog.mcat dalej nie mogę otworzyć programu.. co robić?

Could you please share the version of Lightroom (Help > About Lightroom) and the version of operating system on your computer? Have you recently imported any images in Adobe Lightroom?

Please log on to Lightroom web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) and confirm if everything is correctly synched and completed before trying any troubleshooting steps.
