Could you please share the version of Lightroom (Help > About Lightroom) and the version of operating system on your computer? Have you recently imported any images in Adobe Lightroom?
Please log on to Lightroom web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) and confirm if everything is correctly synched and completed before trying any troubleshooting steps.
