Hi all,
I'm using Lr on my Mac, iPad, and iPhone.
The Location information are visible on Mac and iPhone. See screenshot from iPhone below.
I would expect to see the same infromation also on the iPad. But this isn't the case.
I was spending half an mornining chatting with customer support, but no success.
The same behavour I can observe on an other iPad Pro (newer / different model)
I'm I the only one experiencing that?

Hi @Rene Schmutz,
Thank you for reporting this, and I really appreciate the detailed explanation and screenshots. You’re not alone here. I am able to reproduce the same behavior on my end as well. Location info shows correctly on Mac and iPhone, but not on the iPad version of Lightroom.
I will check with the product team to understand what’s going on and get back to you as soon as I have more information.
Thanks again for your patience!
Best,
Anshul

I wanted to follow up and confirm that what you’re experiencing is actually a known limitation of the iPad version of Lightroom Mobile. You’re not missing anything. Location information currently does not appear in the Info panel on iPad, even though it appears on Mac and iPhone.
This has already been raised as a feature request by other users. So you’re definitely not alone.

Thanks a lot Anshul,
It is difficult to understand why this function is supported on the iPhone but not on the iPad. This is crusial metadata and a standard function for other apps like Apple Photos. For a travel photographer like me, that's almost a killer for Lr. I was aware that there were some differences between Lr Classic and Lr, but the fact that there are such inconsistencies within the Lr CC ecosystem is really bad. Let's hope this will be implemented soon.
