Logging out of Adobe lightroom on Mac

How do I log out of the Adobe lighroom appliction on my macbook? I googled it and it says something about a Gear icon which I don't see. Thank you in advance!

You log in and out through the CC app, not in Lightroom, but why do you want to log out in the first place?

In Lightroom, Help>Sign Out will also do it.

Did you ever figure it out? I tried to do the other replys but neither worked. I need to sign out to sign into a different account that has my subscription linked to it.
