Hello all,
When attempting to login into LR from my mac computer I get two different error messages depending on how I try to log in (restoring purchase and signing in)
Message 1: "cannot connect to the mac apple store lightroom"
Message 2: "sorry, unable to restore your purchase this subscription has already been purchased from the mac app store with a different adobe id"
Extra info: this is a paid account, I also use lightroom on my iPhone, I tried to log out of iPhone Lr account, , changed password on account, restarted devices

I have reviewed your profile. You have two active subscriptions for Lightroom Mobile Premium & Photography Plan (20GB). The photography plan included Lightroom desktop & Lightroom mobile. This could be conflicting & causing the issue.
Lightroom Mobile subscription via the App Store, Google Play Store, or Samsung Galaxy Store, you can use Lightroom on mobile only. Check this to learn more: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/manage-subscription-ios.html
