Good day,

I have obtained Adobe access through my university. Unfortunately, I renewed the subscription a little late. Now my entire library with all images and edits is gone.

Yes, its only a few days ago. I was late for 2 or 3 days.

    I am having the same problem, but on an install/subscription for an Individual. Was waiting for a call back but noone has called yet! Will update if I hear anything.
