Lost photos and presets

HELP! My mobile Lightroom asked me if I wanted to connect it through Apple. I said ok and now my photos and presets are gone. I've disconnected from Apple now but still there are no photos in my Lightroom app.  I have been paying for a subscription for years. My account is showing up blank. How do I get my photos back?! I only use Lightroom on my iphone.

Assets (Photos, Presets and the like) are tied to an Adobe ID. When you decided to log in via Apple instead of the previous method you used, it created a new Adobe ID containing no assets. That is what you are seeing now. If you log in using your previous method (FB/Google/Adobe ID Direct) it should restore you to your previous state.

A quick look at your account shows you probably logged in via FB previously.

Thank you for the quick response. Even when I try to log in via Facebook it is showing up blank with no subscription.

I think I need to figure out how to log out /get rid of the Apple ID to login correctly. I just don't know how!
