LR ECO / VIDEO

**previous post on LR classic and a guy said my topic should be in this forum so hope someone can explain me for more **

I am a newby here and confusing to use Lightroom.

i would like to ask if

1) lightroom for mobile unable to change curve to edit a video on mobile version?

2) if yes, then to do edit video curve need to download it on PC version only?

3) i saw lot of LUTs/Presets to buy but those can use on PC version only? (Video or Photo)
