Hello @JeffHZ8

Masking is a paid feature.  I see you are a subscriber, as you said.  You do have access to this feature.

Lightroom Mobile is able to do more basic edits with the free version of the mobile app, but Masking isn't one of those features.  And editing any RAW images (other than the DNG format) is also a paid feature.

To enjoy your subscription, the masking feature, etc., please sign into Lightroom Mobile with the same email address you used to post for help on the forums.

I'm not sure if I spoke to your question.  If you still need help, please write back!

I appreciate you answering my question. I recently bought a new phone
through AT&T
When I opened LR Mobile the masking app is unavailable unless I pay for it.
I signed out and signed back in using my email and my adobe password
however it’s still unavailable for use unless I purchase it. I’ve been
attempting to figure it out but haven’t been successful.
Any suggestions?

@JeffHZ8

Your subscription most definitely entitles you to Lightroom Mobile Premium.  To me, it sounds like you are signing in with the wrong email address.  Please try again.  Look at the Lightroom app preferences on your desktop to confirm the email address you should use.

I only have one email for adobe. I have my passwords and account info
stored. I checked it but I did have an email long before I ever used Adobe.
It’s still active but I never use it nor is anything linked to it.

I see a valid subscription based on the email address you used to ask for help on these forums, and you need to sign into Lightroom with that same email address.

If you need additional help, please contact Adobe Support directly.   Visit https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, sign in, and then select the chat option.
