Hi,
Today, what I tried to use some of the Presets for Preset -> Subject on a bird picture...just like I've done previously multiple times, I now get this error on my LR mobile for iPad:
“No masks in the preset "warm pop" could be found”
I can apply other presets, thought I got similar errors on a few of the portrait presets.
thoughts? Ideas on how to fix this?
thanks so much.

Thanks for reaching out.
Which version of Lightroom and iPadOS are you using? Would you mind sharing a screen recording or a screenshot of the error you see? When are you getting the error?
We're here to help, just need some info.

Hi Ranjisha,
I'm having the same issue, though I'm using the Android app. Here is a screen recording: https://photos.app.goo.gl/Lntz6Q1RnRnPqRQTA
My Android version is 11
My Lightroom version is 8.2.3
Thank you!

Did this ever get resolved. Cause all nkw all the the adobe presets says this for my on my iPhone 12. It literally worked an hour ago. My installer bought presets work just fine.

I am starting to think if there is no human face it doesn't work since it is AI. You would think it would at least work for my dog that has eyes and a nose to detect though 🤷:female_sign: But yeah I still have this happen when I try to use them and there isn't a human. Would love to know if there is another issue though. You'd think as widespread as this is they could tell us about it.

For this preset to work, a Select Subject must be successful. If the Preset fails, it means no discernable (to the AI) Subject was available.

Thanks. That's what I figured through trial and error. You'd think with advanced in AI that animals could be the subject of a picture though. Do you think Adobe will work on that?

Hi! It's not just animals. I'm having this issue and came across the thread looking for an answer. I'm getting this error on my laptop and my subjects are people. Have you found any work around?
