Masking Error

Whenever I try to use a subject, background, or sky mask, the following error appears:

"There was an unexpected error and your request could not be completed".

Could someone please tell me how to fix it? I tried following the steps on other posts (like troubleshooting GPU issues), restarting, and updating my Mac software. The error still appears. I use this for work so any help would be immensely appreciated.
