Missing Adobe Vivid Color Profiles from JPG

I have my jpg photos and wanted to use the adobe vivid color profile, but it doesn't show up. I heard that it only works with RAW photos or something so does anyone know how to convert if so? Can someone please help.

JPEG Files have previously had color profiles 'baked in.' It isn't possible to double profile a JPEG by applying an additional Adobe Vivid Color Profile.
