Moving film strip to either left or right side of Lightroom CC layout. Is that possible or am I stuck with it on the bottom and can not move?

The 'Detail' view mode in Lightroom is 'stuck' with the filmstrip at the bottom of the screen. It is not possible to re-arrange location of panels. It is possible to reduce the size of the filmstrip to give more screen space for the one-image detail view.
