My experience with trying to provide feedback is very very very poor

I am running lightroom on a chrome book.

I find it impossible to read light gray on a black background,

expecially with a very small font size. 

I tried to find out if there was a way to choose a lighter theme.

The only answer I found was No.

I tried to find a way to report this situation to the support people.

I came across one of your web pages that allowed me to input

a discription of the situation. When I pressed the submit button

a message appeared that said this site is a read only site as of

August 24.   

You would think that someone would have considered the end user

and prevent him/her from spending the time to imput the data before

you tell them is was stupid

So I found an email address of support@adobe.com and tried

to use it to send the same message. 

I received a post office message in reply that it was not accepted.

1. first impressions are very important

2. little things mean a lot.
