Could you please share the Lightroom & android OS versions on your device? What device model are you working with?

Does Lightroom have the required permissions on the Android OS?

Go to Mobile Settings or Lightroom's App info & grant permissions to Lightroom mobile. I see you've paused Lightroom sync; please enable this & let us know if the issue exists.
