Hello everyone!
I have the next situation: The lightroom app on my phone showed me the message that I need to update it. I turned on updating from play market but my internet was very poor so I decided to stop updating and continue at home with wifi. After that, I found out that my app is deleted somehow. Well, I was not worried about it because I knew that all my photos there are on cloud Lightroom. However, when I downloaded and signed on to my account I saw that all my photos and my presets are disappeared since the 2020 year. It means photos until 2020 are there but after nothing. I use this app for free but I thought everything would be okay with my photos... It's very pitiful because I lost my memories... Could you help me with this problem? Maybe I can find my photos wherever?
Best regards,
Olha

TBMK, The 'Free' version of Lightroom-Mobile does not use the Adobe Cloud. It does not backup your photos to the Cloud. Unfortunately for you.
To restore your photos with the free version you will need to restore from a phone backup.
And read the reply from Jim WIlde in this forum link-

Thank you for your answer!
I read the reply from Jim WIlde but don't understand what means "restore from a phone backup". I have a few old photos on my Google Photos and tried downloading them in lightroom for saving my presets but it doesn't work. Or did you mean something else?

"restore from a phone backup" means to use a 'total' phone backup done to Google Account (or for iPhones - iTunes or iCloud)
For information on phone backup for Android-
There is no Adobe Backup for the 'Free' version of Lightroom. All photo data, in the phone, is lost if you delete or re-install the Lr App.
