Could you please share the version of Lightroom from Help >About Lightroom & the operating system you are working on?
I have checked your account and your subscription is active & verified. Do you have any antivirus or VPN software that might restrict the internet access or file permissions to Adobe apps? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
Please share a screenshot of the error you are seeing.
If you try to use Lightroom Classic, it will run as a trial as it is not included in your subscription. Have you tried signing out of the Creative Cloud app and signing in again?
