Hello good day
I'm having trouble logging into my lightroom.
I have paid subscription until November 27, 2022.
But every time I enter it asks to do a free evaluation.
I would like to know how to solve the problem.
I want to work and I can't.
note: in the meantime I have accessed the free evaluation, with a view to solving the problem
I await a reply as soon as possible.

Could you please share the version of Lightroom from Help >About Lightroom & the operating system you are working on?
I have checked your account and your subscription is active & verified. Do you have any antivirus or VPN software that might restrict the internet access or file permissions to Adobe apps? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
Please share a screenshot of the error you are seeing.
If you try to use Lightroom Classic, it will run as a trial as it is not included in your subscription. Have you tried signing out of the Creative Cloud app and signing in again?
