New Phone and Lightroom ap is not loading all of my pictures/presets?

Hi all!

Needing some help. Just got a new Samsung and downloaded the lightroom ap on it. When I log into my Lightroom account, over 500 of my photos are gone - no longer found in my "all photos" section. Nor are any of my handmade presets?????

Help!
