no longer have access to email address used for purchase

Hi All,

 

When I upgraded to lightroom 6 online I used what was a current email address but since then I switched companies and no longer have access to that old email address. I was trying to log into my adobe account but I can't because it asks for additional verification which emails a code to that old email address. I tried finding a customer support email contact here but all it says for lightroom is to post in the forums.

 

Does anyone know of a solution where I can change my email on my purchased lightroom account without having adobe send a verification email that I can't access?

sorry, I should've said I purchased and downloaded lightroom via adobe's website which I installed and use on my desktop
