Was it ever an option? I thought importing actual presets into Lightroom Mobile is only possible using the Android version, but has never been possible if using LrM on iPhone/iPad.

To import "presets" into LrM on iOS/iPadOS there's only the DNG hack outlined in the article that @Ranjisha Sengupta provided the link to. Alternatively, if you have access to a desktop/laptop and have the Lightroom desktop app included in your subscription, you can import presets into that app and they will then sync to your LrM app.

Thanks, Jim. That makes a lot of sense. I must have originally imported the presets through the desktop version, and then they synced to my iPad. So I'll follow that process again. Appreciate you taking the time to reply. Hopefully, in the future, Adobe will add the option to import presets regardless of what device you use,

Hi @Jez29526239cg94

Thanks for reaching out.

Which version of Lightroom are you using? What is the format of the preset that you want to import?

Before importing any DNG preset to your Presets library, unzip the downloaded presets folder, save the files on your mobile device, or upload them to cloud storage.

Then please follow the steps in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/using/import-presets-mobile.html.

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Thanks for getting back to me, Ranjisha.

The current verision I have installed is 8.2.2

The presents I am trying to install are .lrtemplate files.

I have 10 of these files and up until recently I had all of them as options in my user presets. However, they have now disappeared. The link you sent is helpful, and I can access the presets through importing old DNG photos and installing the preset that way, but I don't have a photo of every preset.

I have auto updates for LR installed, so I wonder if Adobe have released an update and this has changed things on my end.
