No Preset Option on Mobile Lightroom for Android

I recently created a number of presets and saved them to User Presets. However when I edit My photo the presets option is not available.

(On my iphone) Slide the tool bar to the left with your finger to scroll to more tools.

Presets icon is near the far end of the tools! (Should be the same for Android)
