The Shooting Mode set to "Pro" can produce a raw DNG file type.
IIRC- You can also set the file-type to DNG (raw) or JPG, at the top centre of the screen.

"not visible"- Yes noted. I don't have an explanation.
Are the photos taken with the Lightroom camera resulting in a DNG, HEIF, or JPG format?
My screen-shot in my previous reply is taken from a book by the Lightroom Queen ('Adobe Photoshop Lightroom- Edit on the Go'.) in an Android chapter. https://www.lightroomqueen.com/

I have no Android experience, so only searching with you for answers.
I found this (quote) at- https://helpx.adobe.com/au/mobile-apps/help/lightroom-mobile-faq.html
Beginning with version 2.0, Adobe Lightroom for mobile supports DNG raw image capture on devices running Android versions 5.0 (Lollipop) and later. However, this capability is available only on those devices that support capturing DNG raw images. Support for DNG capture is enabled/set solely by the device manufacturers.
To check if your device supports DNG capture:
