Off topic: Can not answer one question in email survey so can't continue.

I am trying to respond to a survey that I was invited to by email. I can not select anything on the question "Thinking of those same attributes, which would help you get the most value out of your Creative Cloud plan? Please rank the top 3 attributes." (Also, the second time I tried there are only three options instead of four.) I am not allowed to proceed without answering theis question. I have tried on the browsers Firefox and Chrome.
