I am trying to respond to a survey that I was invited to by email. I can not select anything on the question "Thinking of those same attributes, which would help you get the most value out of your Creative Cloud plan? Please rank the top 3 attributes." (Also, the second time I tried there are only three options instead of four.) I am not allowed to proceed without answering theis question. I have tried on the browsers Firefox and Chrome.

Possibly a scam if you cannot confirm the email is legitimate from Adobe.

Egg on my face. It works. You have to drag text to the box. Maybe the graphics could be more obvious.

Sure doesn't look like a scam.
