My computer maxes out at 10.13.6, and i paid for plan. How can i get a link to get the correct LR app on my computer?

    Your issue can best be resolved by contacting Adobe Customer Care at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot.

    If I recall correctly, this was my problem with my MacBook Pro which wouldn't upgrade past 10.13.

    I think the newest Lightroom that was available then was 3.4 but I doubt that's available in the Creative Cloud app (I think you can see Other Versions after you select Install...... or maybe there is an option next to it)

    Eventually, I purchased new hardware.
