P: Account page at adobe.com does not match actual subscription

Lightroom (both web and MacOS app) is telling me my storage is full with 21Gb of my 20Gb allowance used. Following the "upgrade" link to see what my option are shows me that my account is the Lightroom plan with 10Tb of storage. Confusion is that I don't remember changing the photography plan for this 10Tb plan, but if I did then why is it telling me my cloud storage is full.

I had better get straight what's going on here before I work out what to do next!

Hi there,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. A technical issue on the backend led to this problem. Could you please try signing out and signing back in? This should display the correct storage as per your plan. Let us know the status.

Thank you for your patience!
Mohit

Can you share a screen capture of the Webpage showing your account is a 10 TB Plan?

You need to contact Adobe as we do not have access to accounts and Adobe employees come here only now and then.

I have the same thing. I signed up to the photography plan but its showing Lightroom plan with 10GB for £ 9.95 per month. I want to change my billing on my Photography Plan to annually but Ive no option to do so?

Could you also share a screenshot of your account at Adobe.com showing the subscription problem?

I am afraid I tried that, sadly it makes no difference.
