P: AI Denoise sync to Android - Apply Preset loses the ability to reinstate Denoise.

Hello,

 

As part of the recently released update, there are issues with synchronizing images that have AI Denoise applied.

 

When presets are applied to such a photo in the Android version, AI Denoise is automatically deactivated and there is no way to undo it, unless you apply AI Denoise again in the desktop version.

 

Hopefully this can be fixed, the issue doesn't occur on the web app.

There is still no AI denoise for iPad version. When will be made available to ipad? If I use A1 denoise in my android phone would that show correctly on iPad or would that revert back to AI denoise level?

Adobe Lightroom Mobile product updates are released.  The August releases contain an update regarding this issue.  

Updates will be available via the App Store. Note that it can take several days for some customers to receive a notification of an available update via their App Store.

Thank you for the report. This can happen in two different ways. One is a bug and one is not.

  1. If the image has AI denoise (or any unsupported edit), and then applying some preset removes the AI denoise. This is a bug,

  2. If the preset has AI denoise, then we remove the unsupported edits. This is expected
