Hello,
Since the latest update of Lightroom mobile on my Nokia 8, the possibility to take photographs with the app has disapeared (no more blue camera). Is this normal? Could it be specifically related to my device (no more supported for ex)?
Thank you in advance!
Joël

The camera has not been removed.
Tap the Lightroom icon at the bottom of the screen.
Make sure the pulldown is set to an Album (e.g All Photos)
The Camera icon appears.
Note: the Camera does not appear if you've selected "Gallery" at the bottom.

Thank you for the answer. I will give it a try at some point (I'm curious about it as I think I tried everything to make it appear!), but for the moment I reverted to v. 8.2.3 because I prefer that the camera be always easily available (especially as with the Niagara launcher I use it seems that none of the widgets are available).

Thank you Rikk. I was getting worried there! The Lightroom camera is the only thing that keeps wretched Google Photos from backing up my shots before I've edited them!

I found workaround to this problem. I added Lightroom Camera widget to homescreen.

Hi everyone,
I just updated the lightroom app on my phone, and I cannot find the camera option to take a photo through the app. Does anyone know how I get to the camera of the app in the new version?

Since the newest update arrived of Lightroom Mobile, we no longer have the inbuiled camera option available in it only the edit the photos. I use the Lightroom Mobile version in my smartphone just because it had the raw image capturing ability and now it got removed. And I'm really disappointed. As the raw camera feature was very useful in my daily life to capture moments with finest deatils. I hope to see the feature back soon.

@yonatan and Satyam:
Did you try what was suggested by Rikk? Did it work for you?
If this is not the case you still have the possibility to revert to v8.2.3 by downloading and installing the apk (you can find it here: https://adobe-lightroom-mobile.fr.uptodown.com/android/versions)

Hi, since the last update of LR mobile (Android) I connot find the Camera App anymore. And the widget seems to have lost its function. Maybe I am overlooking something, or has it gone?
Thanks, Andrea

The Lightroom Mobile's camera should still be available, but following the recent update it doesn't seem to appear on some of the Lightroom albums. However, after selecting the "Lightroom" tab at the botton centre of the screen, choosing the All Photos selection, or any of your own albums, should show the floating blue camera/import icons.

While I was able to locate the camera, I've noticed that the long-exposure option is missing. Any help available on that?

I'm afraid that the Long Exposure (which was a "Technology Preview") has been removed from the latest update.

Did Adobe just remove this feature on the new version? I can't find that feature in this new adobe. It's really useful when taking raw photos on smartphones
