Lightroom CC mobile app when purchased from PlayStore or AppStore is not available via a monthly payment method.

You may choose one of our exciting plans offering Lightroom CC bundled with other Creative Cloud apps across multiple platforms: Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud
