mudei de Android para iOS perdi todos os meus presentes comprados consigo recuperar?

Subscribed accounts sync presets to cloud storage along with photos.  If you still have both the original Lightroom Android app installed and also the Lightroom iOS app installed and signed into the same account, then subscribing (even if temporarily/trial) will sync the presets to all your mobile devices.
