Photo Failed to Import

Hello. I have a Galaxy S8 Active. When I go to import photos from my Gallery, it will say Photo Failed to Import. The only thing that I have done to my phone is delete a few apps to clear up some space. I don't know if that has anything to do with my problem but it is the only thing I can think of that I have done differently. Before today, I never had any problems importing my photos. 

This is how I add presets to my photos and I use it very often.  

Please Help! I am in tears over here
