Photography Plan and Lightroom for mobile

I subscribe to the Adobe Photography Plan, but Lightroom for mobile on my ipad isn't showing all the premium features. I have done a lot of searching to try and remedy this issue, but am getting nowhere at all. I have tried going to settings in the Lightroom app. It says subscribed and there is no option to restore purchases. I'm at a total loss as to what to do!

I see a valid subscription for your account here.  If you are signed into Lightroom with the same email ID you used here, you should see all premium features that are available on iPad.

 

Can you elaborate on which feature(s) you do not see on iPad?  Your statement implies that you see some but not all expected premium features.

  • Thanks for responding. I am definitely signed in with the same email. I cannot see generative the blur feature, or the actions section. I can see them on my Samsung S24 phone though.

The Quick Actions feature is not yet available on iPad, only on phones.

 

The Blur feature, however, is definitely available on iPad, so you should be seeing that with your subscription:
