Photos from cloud not loading on desktop and web lightroom app

On my mobile Lightroom app all photos (over 4 000) are loading perfectly. Unfortunately, when I load desktop app or try to access photos from web Lightroom app, I can't sea any of them. All synchronization is set up as normal. Few days ago everything worked normal. 

I have additional 1TB cloud adobe storage, running Windows 11 and Lightroom 6.3.1.

Hey @Martin Schwarz. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've reviewed your profile. You have a CC all apps plan (EDU) with an additional 1TB of cloud storage.

 

What version of Lightroom & the operating systems are you working on the mobile device & desktop? 

 

Please ensure you're signed into the same email account on all platforms. If the images are expected to be synced to the cloud, they should appear on Lightroom Web (http://lightroom.adobe.com) under the Sync issues tab.

 

Try syncing images from Lightroom to the Web, or add a few images to Lightroom Web & check if that syncs to either surface.

Your subscription type is Edu. In some cases, Lightroom & other services are unavailable with this subscription type. You can check this to learn more: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/lightroom-classic/kb/lightroom-mobile-available-education-memberships.htm...

Hey, @Sameer K, thank you for your time.

 

I am working on Windows 11 and Android 13 with One UI 5.1. I am sure I am logged into the same accounts.
I am a bit confused by this. My pictures are showing just on mobile devices, where I was logged in for a longer time. When I try logging in on a new mobile device, they don't load as on a PC or on Lightroom Web.

 

I tried syncing new images from the Web app and from mobile:
When I upload a photo on the web, it synchronizes with a desktop app and mobile, where I logged in today. Contrariwise, photos uploaded on a tablet or mobile sync with the other mobile device. 


Lightroom is showing that I am using about 100 GB of storage. That is about the same as I used before my photos disappeared.
