Photos from desktop to ipad

Hi,

I put some .JPGs in Creative Cloud Desktop but I dont see them in iPad/iPhone.  The same happnes the othe rway around...what am i doing wrong?

I cannot copy .CR2 in Creative Cloud Desktop, is there an issue between .CR2 and CC Desktop?
