Photos not removed from album on mobile

When I remove photos from an album on the desktop (without deleting them, just removing them from the album), the photos remain in the album on my Android mobile. They’re removed correctly from the web version, but they still show up in the mobile app. Adding photos to the album from the mobile app syncs normally across all devices. However, if I remove photos from any device other than the mobile, they only stay in the mobile version of the album. I have the latest versions of Lightroom on all devices. This has been happening for a few months now, so it was happening on the previous version of lightroom also. Any ideas?

Hey, @TomazDrnovsek-old. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

Does this happen with a specific album or albums created using Lightroom, or Lightroom Classic? Just to be sure, I've tested it on iOS & Android.

Try these little changes:

1 - Apply edits or flags to few of the images in the specific collections that are not syncing fully.

2 - Check & clear the deleted section in Lightroom mobile & Lightroom Web.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

@Sameer K

The album was created with Lightroom. It's the album I checked "Auto add from device" so all the mobile phone photos are initially uploaded to this album.

1. I usually rate the images on the phone

2. I always clear deleted section, so it's empty most of the time

I am sorry for the delay. Please check if the ratings & edits sync to Lightroom Web.

Thanks!

The only althernative thing that comes to my mind is that the Device Tab at the bottom of the Android app is highlighted and not the Lightroom Tab, but it sounds like you are in the Lightroom Tab
