Photos not syncing at all

Question

I am on Lightroom CC 3.4 so everything should be up to date and have over 900GB of free space on my cloud storage.

I have recently created a new Adobe account and have imported about 1500 photos over the course of the last month. However, not one of these photos has been synced to the cloud so that I can access them on my phone app. It is currently stating "syncing 1450" photos when I click the cloud icon in the top right. I understand that this is a lot of photos to try and get through but I would have expected at least one photo to sync over the course of a month or two.

I have tried the method on forums of selecting all syncing photos and applying a flag to them, it does not work for me.

I would like to speak to someone at Adobe support but I can't find a way to contact a real person. The Adobe help centre is the most infuriating experience I have had when trying to solve an issue as I keep going in circles and landing on the same webpage whichever link I press and any link that says 'contact us' or similar just takes me to forums and FAQs. It is ridiculous.

Where did you import the photos from? Are they on a local hard drive? Lightroom makes a temporary copy of the images on the startup drive during the import, before they are uploaded to the cloud. Is it possible that your startup drive does not have enough room for all 1500 images to be stored temporarily.

If you have backups of all of your photos, you may want to delete everything from Lightroom and start over. Import just a few photos at a time and see if they sync okay.
