Pics not showing when I open the Lightroom app

I uploaded 93 pics that they used to show up whenever I opened the app and now all I see is black (see attached file), I already tried to uninstall, reinstall, erase data and cache and nothing happens.

Is there something I can do? Has it happened to any of you guys?

Can you check in a webbrowser on a desktop machine at https://lightroom.adobe.com Log in with your adobe account. Do you see all the images there?

Hi there,

no they weren't any pics there inthe site. What I ended discovering is that app has this "trial" period thing and it turned out it was syncing my pics with the website. After sync finished, I saw my pics there.

That seems unexpected, could you please let us know what device are you using and what version of Lightroom have you installed?

Also, are you able to see the images here? https://lightroom.adobe.com/libraries

Are you able to open the images in Lightroom on the mobile device?

Hey there!

1) I'm using Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge in latest oreo OS and the version of Lightroom mobile I'm using is v5.0

2) No, I don't see any images there. It says it's empty.

3) I opened them and saved them to my device but they needed to load every single time I clicked on them.
