Pixelated pictures

Why do deep blue skys appear pixelated and noisy when synced with the lightroom phone. Sync photos out of Classic, also takes a long time to render before syncing but shows pixelated version rather than rendered version.

If you sync from Classic, only a smart preview gets synced. This is lower resolution than a full raw file and can sometimes show posterization. There is also a bug(Adobe would say this is as designed but it is clearly a bug) in Lightroom CC on iOS and desktop that when you zoom 1:1 on an image that only has a smart preview available, it will zoom to 1:1 resolution at the resolution of the original file, not the resolution of the smart preview. This results in blocky pixelated previews. Classic should really be able to sync full raw files and not just smart previews, but Adobe has already said they will not fix it and will only allow full raw files to be synced from CC.
