Pixelised photos in Lightroom

Question

When I import photos (any photo) in my Lightroom, everything is pixelised... it was working perfectly well 1 week ago. I try to uninstall and re install several versions of lightroom, nothing changed.

Does this happen with a specific set of images? Are these images edited, or specifically speaking, cropped?
