Premium account issues with school email account

Question

Hello, I have problem with Lightroom because I can't use the premium account functionalities. Every time I try to use the functionality, I get a message that says there is a problem come back later. I have a classmate that can use the premium account functionality with his school account. Why can't I use it. Can someone help me please ?

Hey, @sacha_23. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked the account you're signed in with and located two profiles in your account & one of them has an active subscription from an Institute.

Please make sure you're signed in to the Lightroom with the correct email: https://adobe.ly/4iCXL18

If it still does not work, as your subscription is an entitlement via your school/institute, an IT team or Administrative body must manage it. Please check with your institution's IT/administration for help configuring the entitlements on the user machines.
