I've purchased monthly plan for Lightroom mobile app but any premium features are not unlocked

    The likeliest cause is that you are logging into the app with a different Adobe ID than the one you use for your subscription.   I see multiple Emails under your name on our end (and they are different than the email you use on this forum).  Verify the email you are using to subscribe via Google Play/Samsung Galaxy Store and then log in with that ID.
