Payment was taken 2 days ago for Premium Lightroom.
App still asks me to pay for Premium.
anyone have any ideas why? It has 1,000% been taken from my bank, but I haven't been given the content that I've paid for.

I see no Lightroom account at all for the account you used to post for help.
Please see/try the Restore Purchase troubleshooting help at: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/lightroom-mobile-in-app-purchase-issue.html
If you see an error when trying restore purchase, please share that message or a screenshot here.
Note: if you did succesfully start a subscription under a different email/Lightroom account, you will need to continue signing in with that same account.
