Premium lightroom

Hello, I bought the premium version through the galaxy store but in the app still says that I don't have premium but when I tried to buy it again in the app it says I already purchased it. I checked the email account and I have logged in with the same one. I don't know what else to do to fix it.

  • No, I gave up. Tried to contact samsung and they gave me no solution same with lightroom.

Such a poor Support from both Adobe and Samsung 😞

I've reviewed the account you signed in to the community with & I found a subscription in an inactive/canceled state.

 

The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. You can reach out to their support channels if you've been charged already. If you've upgraded to the Lightroom Premium subscription via the App Store, Google Play Store, or Samsung Galaxy Store, you can use Lightroom on mobile only.

But I bought it with the same email account in lightroom for Samsung. And in the app won't let me but I again as I already have.

Did you try signing into Lightroom with the same email address you purchased the subscription with?


Yes I have. I bought it from the app in the phone from the account is log in.
