Premium trial

  1. I signed up to the Adobe Lightroom for Samsung which comes with the 60 day trial.  None of the features have been activated it continues to ask me to sign up so when I click it it says already purchased.

When you open the app which I downloaded from Google Play store on my Samsung phone you cannot use any premium features. I clicked on the offer from the app to download premium features. This took me to the Samsung galaxy store where I sign up for a 60 day trial and they take my credit card number. I go back to the app and the features are still not activated.

When I upload a raw file it does not work, it prompts me to pay for premium again, so I follow the prompt and then I get a pop up to say that premium has already been purchased.

This is a Lightroom-Classic forum. Can a moderator move to the correct forum.

WHO did you Sign up with? 

HOW were you offered a 60 day trial?

Your post Tag indicates "Windows"- Are you on a Windows-PC or a Samsung Android Device?

WHO says it is "already purchased"?  Adobe? Google Store? Samsung Galaxy Store?

Clarification and details would help.
