Presets Installed in LR Classic and LR CC but still not syncing to LR Mobile

I primarily use Mastin Labs presets and I have installed the presets successfully into LR Classic and LR CC desktop apps. However, they are still not syncing to LR CC mobile app on my phone and mobile LR at www.lightroom.adobe.com - It is specifically a certain preset pack that won't sync- the Mastin Labs Kodak Everyday preset pack. All of my other presets that are installed are syncing. I have contacted Mastin Labs and Adobe customer support and no one can give me an answer or help me to troubleshoot as to why they are not syncing. I have tried deleting and re-installing but still they won't sync to mobile LR even though they are successfully installed in LR Classic and LR CC- they should be syncing and I believe there is an error with Adobe not syncing them- this is a problem and it is because of syncing issues like these that occur without reason that I do not primarily use LR CC and will continue to use LR Classic.
