Presets not appearing

I have saved presets, however when I go to edit a new photo and add a preset, my "saved" presets don't appear.

When saving the preset, I get the confirmation that it was successful. I have tried this with 16 different presets. Only 1 out of the 16 actually worked.

I should also note that I purchased these presets from someone and they sent me the DNG files to import. I have done this before and have had no issue.

Hi,

Please send us a diagnostic log, you can invoke one by:
1. Enter settings (gear icon)
2. Help & Support

3. Do a long press on "Access our Support Forum"


It would help to know:
1. Is the problem that they don't get applied or that you cannot see them in the preset list?

2. Did you install the presets that you have a problem with on the desktop?

3. Do you have a problem with presets created on the device only?

4. Please send us DNG's that you have a problem with to the same mail address that you sent the diagnostic log to.
