Presets not syncing across devices

Hi! Is there a way for my presets to sync across devices? I have presets on my laptop that I use, but I got a new laptop and when I logged into my Adobe CC account and opened Lightroom, none of the presets transferred over and I have a bunch. They're still on the old laptop, I'm just wondering why it is not syncing across devices when everything's supposed to be cloud based. In case it matters, my old laptop is a PC and the new is a Mac.

To identify where the problem may be occurring, can you see the presets at http://lightroom.adobe.com/ or on any mobile devices you may have?

 

Also just to check which version of Lightroom do you have installed on both laptops.

I don't have the app installed on the mobile devices so I didn't check there, but I did not see them on the web! I have Version 6.5 installed on both computers.

So another member of the community can maybe help, I assume that all the photos in your Library are mirrored across both installs?

 

Also, under 'Yours' in Presets, click the three dots top right and select Manage Presets. Ensure all boxes are checked.

I might be worth also under, under the three dots again, that Show Partially Compatible Presets is selected.... although I doubt if it is.

 

Are User Presets folders syncing across (maybe create a new one), or are they not showing up as well as the Presets themselves.?
