I have purchased presets and I can't find them under the preset option under "user presets". Can somebody help me on how to do it?

    Hi anaalvarz,

    Could you please let us know the exact version of Lightroom you are using now? Also, please let us know the name of the preset you bought and looking to install in Lightroom.

    Hello i have the same problem. I use the Lightroom CC version 1.6 on windows 10 and i dont found my  OWN presets under user presets. How can i find my presets? i saved the presets and i can use it in Lightroom but i cant find it in User Presets.
