problème pour réinitialiser lightroom

Bonjour,

La fonction "correction des défauts" ne fonctionne plus.

J'ai voulu réinitialiser les préférences lightroom en suivant la procédure mais cela ne fonctionne pas.

J'ai appuyé sur les touches Maj + Alt en démarrant Lightroom en même temps mais la fenêtre pour permettre la réinitialisation ne s'affiche pas. Je suis sur Windows 10. Il y a quelques mois, j'avais déjà réinitialisé Lightroom pour la même raison et cela avait fonctionné. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi je n'y arrive pas cette fois.

    Hi Tina,

    Sorry to hear about the feature not working in Lightroom, let's make this right.

    Could you please let us know the version of Lightroom you're using? Go to Help > System Info to find out the version.

     

    Also, please share a screenshot of the feature that is not working.

    You can manually reset the preferences of Lightroom by folowwing Method 2 mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html
