Hi there,

 

We are sorry that you're having trouble using Lightroom as you're getting an error linked to Lightroom.exe. Please use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to remove Lightroom and then reinstall it again. https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
